David Bowie - Brilliant Adventure (1991 – 2001) wordt uitgegeven als box met 11 CD’s en een box met 18 stuks vinyl. Het is het vijfde deel in een carrière overspannende reeks. Deze reeks is vernoemd naar de Koto led instrumentale track van het Hours... album. Dit vijfde deel bevat nieuwe geremasterde versies die tot stand gekomen zijn met input van de originele producers. Er is muziek op terug te vinden van albums als Black Tie White Noise, The Buddha Of Subarbia, 1. Outside, Earthling, Hours..., BBC Radio Theatre London 2000 en TOY.
De CD en vinyl box set komen samen met een booklet bestaande uit niet eerder gepubliceerde foto’s van fotografen als Frank W. Ockenfels 3, Nick Knight, John Scarisbrick en Nina Terner. Ook zijn er memorabilia, technische notities over het album van producers/engineers Brian Eno, Nile Rodgers, Reeves Gabrels en Mark Plati en een interview met The Budda Of Suburbia collaborator Erdal Kizilcay in opgenomen. De CD boxset zal verder bestaan uit mini reproducties van de vinyl versies van de originele albums en de CD's zullen goudkleurig zijn in plaats van zilver.
