De set wisselt materiaal van dat moment ("Cold Metal", "Squarehead", "Tuff Baby") af met werk uit zijn hele loopbaan, van "Kill City" en "5 Foot 1" tot Stooges-nummers als "1969", "Search and Destroy", "No Fun" en "I Wanna Be Your Dog". De opname verscheen in 2021 als officieel uitgebrachte Record Store Day-titel. Deze uitgave is een 2-lp op roze en geel splattervinyl, in een gatefoldhoes.
