Precipice is an album by American experimental hip-hop group Dälek from Newark, New Jersey, released in 2022. The group, with MC dälek as its central figure, is regarded as one of the founders of industrial hip-hop: dark, noisy production in which hip-hop beats merge with a wall of noise and shoegaze-like textures. On this album the band sounds menacing and intense, with dense layers of sound and sharp lyrics. Guitarist Adam Jones of Tool contributes to the track 'A Heretic's Inheritance'. Precipice appeared on Ipecac Recordings, the label of Mike Patton.
