Home Sweet Home is a single by Mötley Crüe that originally appeared in 1985, taken from the album Theatre of Pain. The power ballad was written by Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Tommy Lee, who played piano on the track. The song revealed a more sensitive side of the Los Angeles glam metal band. The music video was requested so often on MTV's Dial MTV that the network had to impose a limit. In 1991 the song was reissued in a remixed version.
