Cicatriz Black was the second full-length studio album by the Italian thrash metal band Schizo, released in 2007. Hailing from Sicily, the group was regarded, alongside Bulldozer and Necrodeath, as one of the pioneers of Italian extreme metal. The album opened with 'Odium Restitution' and contained ten fast, aggressive songs, including 'The Sicilian Clan'. The music combined thrash with death metal influences and dark themes. Since forming in 1984, Schizo had been a fixture of the Italian underground metal scene.
