Neil Young recorded Oceanside Countryside in 1977, but the album was shelved at the time; Comes a Time appeared shortly afterwards instead. It finally saw release in 2025, as part of his Archives series and mastered from the original analogue tapes. The first side, Oceanside, consists of solo recordings Young played himself in Florida and Malibu; on the second side, Countryside, he is backed by a band in Nashville. The mood is acoustic and understated country, with songs such as 'Sail Away', 'Human Highway' and 'Pocahontas' in early versions. This release is an LP on black vinyl.
