Lodger is a studio album by David Bowie, originally released in 1979 through RCA. It closes the so-called Berlin Trilogy that began with Low and 'Heroes', although this record was largely recorded in Switzerland and New York. Together with producer Tony Visconti and Brian Eno, Bowie opted for a more restless sound coloured by world music and art rock: 'African Night Flight' and 'Yassassin' bring in rhythms from outside rock, while 'Boys Keep Swinging', 'DJ' and 'Look Back in Anger' show the more direct side. The album has long been regarded as the underrated conclusion of the trilogy. This edition is an LP on black vinyl.
