Spell 31 is the third studio album by French-Cuban twin sisters Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Díaz, known together as Ibeyi, released in 2022 on XL Recordings. The sisters are daughters of percussionist Angá Díaz and worked with producer Richard Russell on this album. The title refers to a spell from the Egyptian Book of the Dead. Thematically the album centers on healing, sisterhood and spirituality. Musically Spell 31 combines electronic production with Yoruba vocals and Afro-Cuban influences. Made of Gold, featuring Pa Salieu, and Sister 2 Sister are among the singles.
