Silver Bleeds the Black Sun... is the twelfth studio album by AFI, released on 3 October 2025 via Run for Cover. The record contains ten songs and leans further into 1980s adult goth-rock and post-punk than before. The lead single Behind the Clock arrived on 5 August 2025 with a video directed by Gilbert Trejo. The band, with singer Davey Havok and guitarist Jade Puget, builds on the dark, layered sound that marks their later work.
