Sunday Girl followed Heart of Glass in 1979 and went to number one in the United Kingdom. Chris Stein wrote the song for Parallel Lines, and Debbie Harry also recorded a French version of it. This EP places the two versions side by side and adds two previously unreleased recordings: a 1978 demo and a live version taped at the Paramount Theatre in Portland in January 1979.

This edition is a double 7-inch on red and yellow vinyl, released for Record Store Day in a gatefold sleeve.
