Bare Bones captured how Bryan Adams sounds without a band: just his voice, an acoustic guitar and the piano of Gary Breit. The recordings come from the tour of the same name in the spring of 2010 and set big songs such as Heaven and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You alongside rarely played titles like The Right Place and The Way You Make Me Feel. The live album was originally released in 2010. For this first vinyl edition, on Adams' own label Bad Records, the cover and design were newly created.

This edition is a 2-LP on purple vinyl.
