Chet Baker Sings is the album on which American jazz trumpeter Chet Baker is first heard extensively as a vocalist, originally released in 1954 on Pacific Jazz and expanded into a full LP in 1956. His soft, intimate voice on ballads such as 'My Funny Valentine', 'I Fall in Love Too Easily' and 'Time After Time' made him an icon of West Coast jazz. The album ranks among the best-known vocal jazz records of the fifties. This edition is an LP on black vinyl.
