Innoscent originally appeared in June 1998 and is the second album by the German band Dew-Scented, formed in 1992 around singer Leif Jensen. All of the band's album titles begin with the letter I, and this one is no exception. The album was recorded at SFU Studios and mixed and mastered in Sweden. Musically, Innoscent marks a shift toward a more aggressive mix of thrash and death metal, heard in tracks such as Shattered Insanity and The Grapes of Wrath. The album contains ten tracks.
