Killing the Dragon, originally released in 2002, brought Dio back to short, direct metal after the concept album Magica. Guitarist Doug Aldrich made his debut with the band, alongside Simon Wright on drums, Jimmy Bain on bass and Scott Warren on keyboards. The title track and Push drew the most attention, and the latter got a video featuring Tenacious D. This edition is an LP on Red & Orange Swirl, a 20th anniversary pressing.
