The record also holds Le temps de l'amour, built on an instrumental by Jacques Dutronc, alongside her own compositions J'suis d'accord and Il est parti un jour. Hardy sang about shyness, being alone, and young longing, in two-minute songs carried by acoustic guitar and a lightly swinging beat. Writing most of her own material at eighteen was unusual in French pop in 1962.
