Lex Legion is a heavy metal band that debuted in 2026 with the self-titled album Lex Legion, released through Napalm Records. The group is made up of musicians with a background in the classic King Diamond line-up, including guitarists Andy La Rocque and Pete Blakk and bassist Hal Patino, joined by vocalist Nils K. Rue. Musically the band offers melodic heavy metal with power metal influences, marked by twin guitar harmonies, virtuoso playing and precise, restrained arrangements. The debut marks the reunion of these musicians within a new project.
