Down by the River Thames was released in 2022 and captured the livestream concert Liam Gallagher performed on 5 December 2020 from a boat sailing the River Thames. The concert was broadcast worldwide as a paid stream, during the coronavirus pandemic when live performances for audiences were not possible. The set combined solo material such as Wall of Glass, Shockwave and Once with Oasis classics including Hello, Supersonic, Cigarettes & Alcohol and Champagne Supernova. Down by the River Thames reached the top 10 of the UK Albums Chart.
