One Take Radio Sessions was a collection of live-in-studio recordings by the British singer, guitarist and songwriter Mark Knopfler, originally released in 2005. The tracks were recorded in one take at the Shangri-La Studios in Malibu, California. Most consisted of versions of songs from his 2004 album Shangri-La, supplemented by the older "Rüdiger". Knopfler, known as the frontman of Dire Straits, showcased his distinctive, understated guitar playing in a direct recording form. The record was regarded as an extended version of his earlier Trawlerman's Song EP.
