Engine noise, blues shuffles and strip club stories: on the fourth studio album Mötley Crüe traded the polished melodies of Theatre of Pain for a dirtier, hard rock leaning sound. The title track and "Wild Side" became the best known songs, with the ballad "You're All I Need" as the darkest moment. Tom Werman produced again and the album reached number 2 on the Billboard albums chart. A version of "Jailhouse Rock" closes the album.
