It continues the collaboration that began in 1968 with the album Nancy & Lee, which featured hits such as 'Some Velvet Morning'. The record combines country-pop with orchestral pop and thrives on the contrast between Sinatra's clear voice and Hazlewood's deep baritone. The album includes 'Arkansas Coal (Suite)', 'Paris Summer' and 'Did You Ever', which became a top 3 hit in the United Kingdom. Hazlewood wrote the majority of the songs and handled the production.
