Back the Way We Came: Vol. 1 (2011-2021) was a compilation album by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, released in 2021. The album brought together the first decade of the former Oasis songwriter's project, drawing on songs from its three studio albums, including AKA... What a Life!, In the Heat of the Moment and Holy Mountain. The compilation also included two new songs, We're on Our Way Now and Flying on the Ground. The album showed how the sound of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds broadened during that period from guitar pop to electronic and psychedelic influences.
