Unfold the God Man is the debut album by Psychonaut, a trio from Mechelen in Belgium: nearly seventy minutes of post-metal and sludge with a psychedelic streak. It is a concept album about philosophical and existential themes, arriving at mankind's return to a higher level of consciousness. The band recorded it with Chiaran Verheyden at Daft Studios in Malmedy, tuning the note A to 432 Hz. Pelagic Records names seventies bands such as Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd as influences, alongside Tool and Amenra. In songs such as The Fall of Consciousness and Celestial Dictator, airy passages, throat singing and bursts of screaming take turns, and the album closes with the sixteen-minute Nothing Is Consciousless. The album was originally self-released and later reissued by Pelagic Records.

This edition is a 2LP.
