I Think I Spoke Too Soon is the second album by Rachel Chinouriri, released on 16 October 2026 through Parlophone. She built it around a single night out, and within that frame it follows her life from 22 to 27, with sobriety, identity and relationships as recurring subjects. Lead single One Song Away From Crying is a synth-pop track, with a music video directed by Dora Paphides. The album was made in London, Hereford and Los Angeles, with Lucy Dacus among the collaborators. It follows her debut What a Devastating Turn of Events and the EP Little House.
