Room Service is the seventh studio album by Roxette, originally released in 2001. Here the Swedish duo embraces the glossy, synth-driven European pop of the early 2000s, with disco-rock touches beneath Per Gessle's catchy melodies. The Centre of the Heart was the lead single, followed by Real Sugar and Milk and Toast and Honey, which became a European hit and puts Marie Fredriksson's voice centre stage. It was the final studio album of the band's original golden era: in 2002 Fredriksson was diagnosed with a brain tumour, after which Roxette went on indefinite hiatus.
This edition is a 2LP on red and black splatter vinyl, the 25th anniversary edition with outtakes, demos and an eight-page booklet.
