Hold On Tight grew out of Het moet en het zal (Enough Is Enough), the duet Solomon Burke recorded with De Dijk in 2008 for Brussel. For the joint album, originally released in October 2010, Wouter Planteijdt translated De Dijk songs into English; Burke sang them with the band backing him. Jools Holland plays piano on What a Woman. The album reached number two on the Dutch Album Top 100. Burke died on 10 October 2010, shortly after landing at Schiphol, on his way to a concert with De Dijk at Paradiso. This edition is an LP.
