In Times of Dragons appeared on 1 May 2026 through Fontana Records, the first Tori Amos studio album since Ocean to Ocean in 2021. Amos herself described it as "a metaphorical story about the fight for Democracy over Tyranny", written out of her reading of American politics at the time. "Stronger Together", "Shush", and "Gasoline Girls" preceded the release as singles. The album runs to seventeen tracks, with piano and voice again at its base and lyrics in which the personal and the political run into one another.
