Stairway to Hell is the EP that marked Ugly Kid Joe's return, originally in 2012, and their first new studio material since Motel California in 1996. The six songs stick to the mix of hard rock and dry humour the band became known for in the nineties, with "Devil's Paradise" as the first single and video. "Love Ain't True!" features Angelo Moore and Dirty Walt of Fishbone. Later editions added acoustic versions, including "Cat's in the Cradle", and live recordings from Download Festival 2012.
