The Japanese text on the obi explains that the track labeled "Fresh Dance Mix" ('Pop Life') is indeed the "Extended Version", and that this track and the track "Paisley Park (Remix)" are being released on CD for the first time.
Some copies come with an extra jacket which includes a 24 cm x 24 cm paper print of the cover.
Inserts included are:
- A sheet printed both sides (in Japanese) detailing a timeline of Prince and his music
- Two sheets, with prints on each side of 4 vinyl record labels:
The label prints state "Made In Germany" and the Catalog Number "603497855858" (earlier reissues from Record Store Day 2019 state 'Made in the E.U.' and the cat number '573960-1')
Track 2, Side 3 is printed as "Little Red Corvette (Album Version)" on the included label replicas and is listed as the "Special Dance Mix" on the OBI as released on the 2019 Deluxe remaster of "1999".
Liner notes and label replicas housed in the record one, left pocket.
