Op dit album, dat oorspronkelijk uitkwam in 2006, werd Steve vergezeld door de bekende gezichten Roger King, John Hackett, Rob Townsend, Gary O'Toole en The Underworld Orchestra, dat glorieuze strijkers en koperblazers aan het geluid toevoegde. Het album bevat Steve's cover van Bob Dylan's 'Man In The Long Black Coat', evenals 'Reconditioned Nightmare', een heropname van het nummer 'Air Conditioned Nightmare' van zijn album 'Cured' uit 1981.
