Alle nummers van de twee shows die Dylan op 28 februari en 1 maart 1978 speelde in de legendarische Budokan-zaal in Tokio tijdens zijn allereerste tournee door Japan. Alle 58 nummers van de twee avonden werden opgenomen in een fantastische nieuwe mix door de oorspronkelijke ingenieur Tom Suzuki en met nieuw artwork van de originele art director Teruhisa Tajima.
