Images and Words Demos (1989-1991) documenteert de periode waarin Dream Theater toewerkte naar Images and Words. De collectie bevat instrumentale demo's van 'Take the Time' en 'Learning to Live', vroege versies als 'Oliver's Twist' — de kiem van 'Pull Me Under' — en de auditieopnames waarmee James LaBrie als zanger werd aangenomen. De opnames verschenen oorspronkelijk in 2005 via Ytsejam Records en kwamen via de Lost Not Forgotten Archives voor het eerst op vinyl.
