Late Night Talking comes from Harry's House, the third solo album by Harry Styles. He wrote the song with Kid Harpoon, who produced it together with Tyler Johnson. It runs on a springy funk bassline and a light, high-sung chorus about lying awake at night next to someone. The single was originally released in 2022 via Erskine Records and Columbia, with the instrumental version on the B-side.
