After the Gold Rush originally dates from 1970 and grew into one of Neil Young's most beloved albums. The record is largely spare and acoustic, with piano and guitar to the fore. Songs such as 'Only Love Can Break Your Heart', 'Southern Man', the title track and 'Tell Me Why' rank among his best-known work. Its understated, homespun recording atmosphere gave the album an intimate sound. This release is a CD.
