Bad Magic was originally released in 2015 and was the last studio album to appear during Lemmy Kilmister’s lifetime; he died at the end of that year. The album captures Motörhead in their late three-piece line-up with Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee: short, hard and stripped of decoration, with songs like ‘Victory or Die’, ‘Thunder & Lightning’ and ‘Till the End’, plus a cover of the Rolling Stones’ ‘Sympathy for the Devil’. This Seriously Bad Magic edition expands the album with further material from the same sessions, an extended look at the final throw of one of hard rock and metal’s most influential bands.
