Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Images and Words – Live in Japan, 2017 is an official live release in Dream Theater's archive series. The recording comes from the Budokan in Tokyo, where in 2017 the band performed the classic 1992 album Images and Words in full to mark its twenty-fifth anniversary. Songs such as 'Pull Me Under', 'Take the Time' and 'Metropolis – Part I' are heard here in a live line-up with LaBrie, Petrucci, Myung, Rudess and Mangini. The recording centres on one of the most-played records in their repertoire.
