Diep in mijn hart gave André Hazes his second number 1 in the Dutch Nationale Hitparade in 1982, and the album it comes from, Met liefde, climbed to number 2 in the Album Top 100. Alongside that single it holds Amor, Amor, Amor, his Dutch-language version of a Spanish song, plus Laat me, Als je gaat and De sneuvelkroeg. Twelve levenslied songs about love, goodbyes and the pub, with full orchestra and plenty of drama. The original album was released in 1982.

This edition is an LP on gold vinyl, numbered and limited to 1,000 copies, with a lyric insert.
