Loco Live was recorded on 11 and 12 March 1991 at Sala Zeleste in Barcelona and originally came out later that year on Chrysalis. It is the first Ramones album with C.J. Ramone on bass, who had replaced Dee Dee in 1989. The thirty-three songs run into one another with barely a break, taking in "Blitzkrieg Bop", "Rockaway Beach", "Too Tough to Die", and the cover of "Palisades Park". The European edition differs from the 1992 US Sire version, which swaps out four songs and carries different artwork. This edition is a 2-LP.
