CiCi grew from a 2023 EP into a full studio album, released by Ciara in August 2025 through her own label Beauty Marks Entertainment. The deluxe edition adds four songs, with guests including Chris Brown (How We Roll), Diamond Platnumz (Low) and Normani and Teyana Taylor (Ecstasy); the album moves between R&B, dance-pop and Afrobeats influences.
