For its fortieth anniversary Normaal went into its own archive: 40 joar Høken gathers songs the band once wrote but never released, newly recorded. Bennie Jolink and Jan Wilm Tolkamp first made acoustic demos, after which the rest of the band worked them out at the Commodore Studios in Haaksbergen. The original 2015 release held twenty-nine of those songs, split across four styles: country and western, rock and roll, a cappella and the full band. This edition is a 2-LP on Pink Opaque vinyl from the 50 Joar Normaal anniversary series.
