The Assault series ran to six EPs, souvenirs Venom put out territory by territory during the eighties, each built from singles, B-sides and live recordings. French Assault places Nightmare, Bloodlust and In Nomine Satanas next to a live Countess Bathory, Powerdrive from Possessed and the B-side Bursting Out. It appeared under licence from Neat Records. This edition is a 12-inch on blue vinyl with red splatter.
