Originally released in 1994, Bedtime Stories took a softer, more R&B-inflected turn after the outspoken Erotica. Madonna worked with producers including Babyface, Dallas Austin and Nellee Hooper on songs such as 'Secret' and the ballad 'Take a Bow'. The title track 'Bedtime Story' was co-written by Björk. 'Take a Bow' went on to top the charts in the United States.
