This double album holds a solo acoustic concert Neil Young gave on 4 December 1970 at Carnegie Hall in New York, the early one of two shows that evening. It fell in the period around After the Gold Rush and, alongside his own songs, included material from his time in Buffalo Springfield. The recording appeared in 2021 as the first entry in Young's Official Bootleg Series.
