Standing on the Shoulder of Giants is the fourth studio album by the British rock band Oasis, released in 2000. It was the first album after the departure of guitarist Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs and bassist Paul 'Guigsy' McGuigan, who left the band during the recording sessions, and the first on the band's own label Big Brother Recordings. Noel Gallagher produced the album together with Mark 'Spike' Stent. The music is more psychedelic and experimental than on its predecessors, with electronic influences. Singles were Go Let It Out, Who Feels Love? and Sunday Morning Call. The title is taken from a quote by Isaac Newton inscribed on the edge of the British two pound coin. The album entered the British album chart at number 1.
