Pin Ups, originally released in 1973, was David Bowie's seventh studio album and consists entirely of covers of British R&B and mod songs from the 1960s that shaped him as a teenager. He took on work by, among others, The Pretty Things, The Who, Pink Floyd, The Yardbirds and The Kinks, with 'Sorrow' as the best-known single. It was recorded at Château d'Hérouville and was the last record Bowie made with his band The Spiders from Mars and guitarist Mick Ronson. It entered at number 1 in the United Kingdom. This release is an LP on black vinyl.
