As You Were was Liam Gallagher's solo debut, originally released in October 2017, eight years after Oasis ended and three years after Beady Eye folded. Greg Kurstin, Andrew Wyatt and Dan Grech-Marguerat divided the production work between them, and the album leans on solid guitars and melodies with a sixties bent. 'Wall Of Glass', 'Greedy Soul' and 'For What It's Worth' were issued as singles. In the UK it entered at number one and outsold the rest of the top 10 combined in its first week; it has since been certified platinum there.
