Metamorphosis, originally released in 1975, was the first official rarities collection by The Rolling Stones, compiled by ABKCO. It gathers out-takes and demos that Jagger and Richards wrote for other artists in the 1960s, often cut with session musicians, among them a young Jimmy Page. Its best-known track is the orchestrated version of 'Out of Time', which later resurfaced in Tarantino's film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
