1989 (Taylor's Version) is Swift's re-recording of her fifth studio album 1989, originally released in 2014. She recorded the album again to regain ownership of her own master recordings. On 1989 she traded the country sound of her earlier work for full-on synth-pop, with singles like “Blank Space”, “Style” and “Shake It Off”. This re-recording expands the original tracklist with five “From the Vault” tracks that didn't make the initial cut, including “Slut!” and “Is It Over Now?”.
This edition is a 2-LP on crystal skies blue vinyl.
