The Visitors is the eighth studio album by ABBA and was originally released in 1981, for a long time their last before reuniting decades later. The album sounds darker and more mature than their earlier work, with lyrics about relationships, ageing and the tensions of the Cold War. Well-known songs are "One of Us", "Head over Heels" and the title track. The album reflects the group's artistic maturation at the end of their original career.
