Bertolf recorded the first Bluefinger album in Nashville with American bluegrass greats; for Bluefinger Vol. 2 he took a different approach and went into the studio with his own regular Dutch band. The follow-up consists entirely of newly written songs about letting go, love and life, played with plenty of instrumental virtuosity and rich vocal harmonies. The album was released on 28 August 2026 via Excelsior Recordings.
