Regimental Sgt. Zippo gathers the recordings Elton John and Bernie Taupin made in 1967 and 1968 for what was meant to be their debut album, but which was shelved at the time. The psychedelic pop breathes the atmosphere of the Sgt. Pepper era and captures the songwriting duo at an early stage. The recordings were not officially released for the first time until 2021, in mono.
This edition is an LP, pressed in an edition of 7,000 for Record Store Day 2021.
